Now is time for yoga! If you feel uncomfortable joining a group class, but would still want to start with yoga - this is for you. Or maybe you want one-on-one attention to deepen your practice? I offer this online, in the studio or at the comfort of your home or workplace. Let us know what are your expectations and we can get started!
