Ashtanga Vinyasa – Your First Step into the World of Yoga

What is it about?
A complete and grounded introduction to yoga: the foundations of Ashtanga Vinyasa, including the Modified Primary Series, guided by anatomy, breathwork, philosophy, and mindful awareness.

Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
An advanced path for those ready to deepen their practice and refine their teaching. Each 50-hour module explores a different aspect of yoga — from Rocket and Yin to methodology and leadership — guiding you toward greater integration and awareness. Certified by Yoga Alliance (RYT 500) and CSEN.
