Rocket Vinyasa Sequences
Rocket 1

Rocket 1 is one of the foundational sequences of the Rocket Yoga method – a dynamic, breath-driven practice inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition. This class focuses on legs, shoulders and core strength, blending poses from the Primary and Second Series in an accessible and empowering way.

The pace is steady and uplifting, supporting nervous system activation while offering space for inner awareness and self-exploration. Variations and modifications are always welcome, allowing each student to move with freedom, creativity and presence.

Rocket 1 invites you to breathe with intention, move with purpose, and connect deeply with your own inner energy.

Rocket Vinyasa Sequences
Rocket 3

Rocket 3, also known as Happy Hour, is a joyful and energizing practice that blends postures from all three series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

It’s a celebration of conscious movement and shared energy: each class is unique, creative, and inclusive – designed to end your week with strength, lightness and presence. Ideal for those who enjoy variety, flow and a playful challenge, while staying deeply connected to their breath and body awareness.

Rocket 3 invites you to release tension and come back to yourself – with joy.

Rocket Vinyasa Sequences
Rocket Mix (All Levels)

A dynamic, creative, and accessible practice for everyone.

Rocket Mix blends key elements from the three main Rocket sequences (Rocket 1, 2 & 3) to offer a fluid, inspiring, and ever-evolving class.

This session is designed to meet every body and every experience level: with options and variations that support a safe and conscious exploration of the practice. It’s a great way to experience the freedom, strength, and deep breath of Rocket Yoga in a warm and inclusive space.

Modified Primary Series
MPS

Modified Primary Series (MPS) is the perfect entry point into the world of Ashtanga Vinyasa. Inspired by the traditional Primary Series, this class offers a steady and accessible flow: sun salutations, standing and seated postures, with a focus on breath, alignment, and presence. The pace is consistent, and variations are always welcome.

It’s a “returning home” practice — ideal for beginners and experienced yogis alike who want to reconnect with the foundations. The class includes:

• Sun Salutations to warm up the body

• Standing postures for grounding and balance

• Seated asanas tailored to individual needs

• Final sequence, meditation, and deep savasana

Yin & Restorative Yoga

A deep, quiet, and restorative practice.

Yin Yoga invites you to release, to pause, and to dwell in the present moment. Postures are held between 2 and 6 minutes, working deeply into the fascia and connective tissues. This meditative approach supports softness, inner listening, and self-compassion.

Restorative Yoga offers a space of healing and deep rest. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, the body is fully supported in each posture, held for 6–15 minutes. It’s a gentle yet powerful practice that activates the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing for emotional and physical recovery. A perfect complement to more active yoga styles.

Rocket Vinyasa Sequences
Rocket 2

Rocket 2 is an energizing and playful sequence that blends postures from the Primary, Second and Third Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. The focus is on arm strength, deep backbending, and hip opening.

This class invites you to explore your edges with curiosity and joy, always honoring your body and breath. With fluid transitions and optional advanced poses, Rocket 2 helps you cultivate focus, vitality and inner grounding.

It’s a dynamic journey of strength, lightness and transformation. Every breath is an act of awareness. Every movement, an invitation to freedom.
