and part of INBODHI's 300Hours Teacher Training program (Module 3)

THE EVENT IS OPEN FOR EVERYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN LEARNING YIN STYLE PRACTICES - No pre-required training - 

In case you want to learn more about Myofascial Meridian lines & how to create a self led Yin practice / facilitate a Yin & Restorative Yoga classes - You can join our Module 3 Training

In Yin Training week - We will explore the history and philosophy of Yin and Restorative Yoga, learn about Myofascial meridian lines and the energetic and physical effects of these still practices - as well as break down poses and practice sequencing.

You'll experience various Yin - style practices and join inspirational workshops (5 Rites, Chakras & voice, Intuitive adjustments, meditation...)

The Yin Week will be led by Salla E-RYT500 trainer from Inbodhi Yoga Fuerteventura

TUITION 750€ +7% available until the 1st training day

DAILY FLOW:

This is a training with freedom & own time - so you can really integrate the learning with longer Lunch & siesta pause + have first few mornings free to rest & digest under the Fuerte sun!
