Become a certified Rocket 1 yoga teacher and take your practice to the next level.

This 50-hour Yoga-Alliance certified training is designed for 200-hour yoga teacher graduates, who want to become certified Rocket 1 teachers and deepen their knowledge through the Rocket Vinyasa practice. It is the first module of Inbodhi’s 300-hour advanced teacher training programme and counts towards the Yoga Alliance 300-hour and 500-hour certification programmes.

If you have already completed the Inbodhi 50h Yin Yoga & Restorative Yoga module, you can combine it with 300h certification programme.

MODULE 1: 50hr Rocket Vinyasa 1st Sequence 

This is the first step in the 300h programme, this module introduces the Rocket Vinyasa 1st Sequence and provides practical tools and techniques for teaching and practising this dynamic style of yoga.

In this training, we’ll deepen our understanding of the main ingredients of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and explore how they come together within the Rocket 1 sequence. You will learn about the history of Ashtanga and the lineage of Rocket, as well as the philosophy and teachings of the eight limbs of Ashtanga Yoga, both on and off the mat.

The training combines practice, methodology and teaching techniques, giving you a deeper understanding of the Rocket 1 sequence and the tools to confidently teach it to others. Larry Schultz designed the Rocket practice to awaken the nervous system and cultivate prana (life energy), with an emphasis on freedom, exploration and change.

Through this training, you will not only become a certified Rocket yoga teacher but also discover new possibilities within your own practice.

Sequences covered during this training:

• Repetition of Full and Modified Primary series

• Deep dive into Rocket Vinyasa 1st sequence

• Introduction to Rocket 2/3 and Yin/Restorative.

Pre-requirement to join the 1st module:

• Inbodhi 200h Yoga Teacher Certificate

• or Yoga Alliance 200h Yoga teacher certificate + 3-day Inbodhi Immersion

This training will build on the knowledge and experience gained through the Inbodhi 200h Yoga Teacher Training. For non-Inbodhi 200h teacher training graduates, we have 3-day online Immersion programme. Because different yoga schools teach differently, 3-day immersion will help anyone coming from other schools to introduce the ways and foundational teachings practiced at Inbodhi Yoga.

Location: Inbodhi Yoga Studio, Vana-Kalamaja 41-1 Tallinn

We will meet on consecutive Saturdays and/or Sundays at the Studio from 10 - 7 PM. During the training, regular Rocket 1 yoga classes are held at the studio.

Trainer

Marilyn Jurman (Estonia, 500hr E-RYT) and other Inbodhi yoga teacher trainers.

Marilyn is a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa and The Rocket yoga teacher trainer. She holds degrees in Psychology (BA, MA) and Performing Arts (BA). She has graduated with a diploma in cognitive-behavioral therapy and family therapy, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology

See 50-tunnine Yoga Alliance’i sertifitseeritud koolitus on mõeldud 200-tunnise joogaõpetaja väljaõppe läbinutele, kes soovivad saada Rocket 1 õpetajaks ning süvendada oma teadmisi Rocket Vinyasa praktikast. See on Inbodhi 300-tunnise edasijõudnud joogaõpetaja väljaõppe programmi esimene moodul ning seda arvestatakse Yoga Alliance’i 300- ja 500-tunniste sertifitseerimisprogrammide osana.

MOODUL 1: 50-tunnine Rocket 1. seeria koolitus

See on 300-tunnise programmi esimene samm. Moodul tutvustab Rocket Vinyasa 1. seeriat ning annab praktilised tööriistad ja tehnikad selle dünaamilise joogastiili õpetamiseks ja praktiseerimiseks.

Koolitus ühendab praktika, metoodika ja õpetamistehnikad, andes sulle põhjalikud teadmised Rocket 1 seeriast ning tööriistad, et enesekindlalt juhendada Rocket Vinyasa joogatundi. Larry Schultz lõi Rocketi praktika eesmärgiga ergutada närvisüsteemi ja toetada prana ehk eluenergia liikumist, rõhutades vabadust, avastamist ja muutust.

Selle koolituse käigus ei saa sinust mitte ainult sertifitseeritud Rocket jooga õpetaja, vaid avastad ka uusi võimalusi omaenda praktikas.

See koolitus toetub Inbodhi 200h joogaõpetaja väljaõppes omandatud teadmistele ja kogemustele. Teiste koolide 200h joogaõpetaja väljaõppe läbinutele pakume 3-päevast online Immersion-programmi. Kuna erinevates joogakoolides õpetatakse erinevalt, aitab 3-päevane Immersion tutvuda Inbodhi Yoga õpetamisviiside ja praktika aluseks olevate põhimõtetega.

Juhendajad

Marilyn Jurman (500h E-RYT) ja teised Inbodhi joogaõpetajad.

Marilyn on sertifitseeritud Ashtanga Vinyasa ja The Rocket jooga õpetajakoolitaja. Tal on bakalaureuse- ja magistrikraad psühholoogias ning bakalaureusekraad etenduskunstides. Lisaks on ta lõpetanud kognitiiv-käitumusliku teraapia ja pereteraapia õpingud ning omandab hetkel psühholoogia doktorikraadi.
