3 day workshop, designed for Yoga practitioners who want to learn more about the ROCKET and have a taster or a re-connection with the transformational INBODHI training circle.
Learn the main ingredients of Ashtanga Vinasa Yoga: Breath, Bandhas and Drishti, and start to discover your own safe and creative self practice - and how to have fun on the mat!
