Our Voice Journey returns on 20 February!
The format is a little different this time as my dear friend Dorrie Joy - artist, craftswoman and so much more - is visiting and offering a rattle making workshop alongside us exploring our authentic voices.
We will end with a song circle where you'll be able to use your new rattles!
The Voice Journey:
Rooted in breath and movement, this workshop will take you on a journey to get to know your authentic voice.
We will explore a variety of vocal exercises - beginning with movement, breath awareness and gentle toning, before we step into some partner and group work and finish with a more meditative practice and relaxation.
