Algarve Voice Journey

Rooted in breath and movement, this workshop will take you on a journey to get to know your authentic voice.

We will explore a variety of vocal exercises - beginning with movement, breath awareness and gentle toning, before we step into some partner and group work and finish with a more meditative practice and relaxation.

You do not need any previous experience - this journey is about expression and exploration, no matter what your current relationship with your voice might be.
